REFUND POLICY

At Just a Car Wash and Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your service, please let us know within 24 hours of completion.

  • Service Issues: If there is a problem with the quality of service, we’ll offer a free reclean or touch-up at our discretion.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued in rare cases where we are unable to resolve the issue with a re-service.

  • No Refunds for:

    • Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice)

    • Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service

    • Services that were completed as described but didn’t meet subjective expectations
