Cancellation Policy
At Just a Car Wash and Detailing, we aim to make the booking process smooth and transparent for all our customers. Here’s our booking policy: Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred time. Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, especially for longer services. This helps us reserve your spot and prepare for your service. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Late cancellations may result in a loss of deposit. Belonging Removal: To maximize efficiency and care, please remove all personal items, valuables, and belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items left inside the vehicle. Vehicle Condition: Please notify us if your vehicle has any excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions that may require additional cleaning time. Pricing & Payment Policy: The booking price or starting price displayed at the time of scheduling is a base estimate only. The final service price will be determined on-site after an assessment of the vehicle’s condition, including but not limited to the level of dirt, stains, and overall cleaning requirements. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at the time of booking. This card may be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24HRS notice) or a no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy. After booking, we will send a service agreement electronically via email, which outlines the details of this policy. The agreement must be reviewed, signed, and returned before we can confirm and reserve your requested date and time.
